I am a senior design professional with hands-on experience in service design, user research, UX design and business analysis. I have worked for the last five years as a consultant in four different government agencies, which gave me a wide range of experience in solving wicked problems affecting millions of users. Before that, I worked for eight years in private-sector businesses as an in-house and freelance designer, helping them create innovative products, user experiences and graphics. Throughout my 13 years of design experience, I led four multi-disciplinary design teams and delivered 30+ projects.
